My name is Stephanie and I am an aspiring anthropologist. I recently graduated from the Social Cultural Anthropology program at the University of Toronto.
I created this blog for a couple of reasons. First, as I intend to research the Internet and social media I felt it fitting that I become a more active member of the blogging community.
Second, at the time I began this blog I was undertaking an Independent Research Project under the supervision of Professor Joshua Barker called Critical Readings in the Anthropology of the Internet. I intended to use this blog to post responses to my readings and everyday interactions and I enjoyed it so much that I just kept on going.
